Everything here is a concept

EZZAR invents products, collaborations and campaigns that do not exist. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any brand named in a subject or shown in an image, and nothing generated here is for sale by the brand it depicts.

Free downloads from a tool that invents something you do not own are signed ezzar.co · concept, and that signature cannot be switched off, because the rule lives in the tool, not in an export option. A shoot of a product you uploaded yourself is not fiction and carries no such mark.

If you hold a trademark and want a concept taken down, write to us at the reporting page. Rights holders are answered first, and we do not need a legal notice to remove something.

Every image says it was generated

Every image EZZAR exports carries C2PA content credentials: machine-readable metadata, embedded in the file, saying the image was made by a generative model and naming the model that made it. This applies to every image without exception, including shoots of your own product and including images you paid for. Removing that metadata is not something the product will help you do.

What you may do with the images

Images you generate are yours to use, subject to everything above. You are responsible for what you name as a subject and for what you upload: do not upload anything you do not have the right to use, and do not present a concept as a real product, a real endorsement or a real photograph of something that happened.

Credits

EZZAR is paid for in credits, bought in one-off packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Credits do not expire.

Credits are consumed when a generation runs, and a purchase is not refundable once made. The one automatic exception is failure: a job that does not produce what it charged for returns those credits to your balance by itself, without you asking. A partial failure returns the part that was not produced.

Your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU are not affected by any of this. In particular, buying a pack you have not spent does not put you outside the law.

The service itself

EZZAR depends on models it does not run. Generations can fail, take longer than expected, or return something you did not want; that is what the automatic refund is for. The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that any particular image will be produced or that any particular image will be good.

An account may be closed if it is used to generate material that is illegal, that depicts a real person in a way designed to deceive, or that exists to harass someone.

Your account

Sign-in is by Google, or by a link sent to the address you give us. Either way there is no password to lose. You can ask for your account and everything in it to be deleted at any time. See the privacy policy for how, and for what is held about you.
